Dr Raul Holz

Social Affairs Officer

Raúl Holz has more than fifteen years of work experience in different areas of public policy analysis at the international and national level. He currently works at ECLAC’s Social Development Division (DDS), where he focuses on issues related to social policy, social protection and inequality in Latin America and the Caribbean. An economics graduate from University of Chile, he received his PhD in Political Economy from the University of Sydney, a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Sussex and a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Chile.
