This OECD-hosted side event will discuss the risks and opportunities that transition processes offer to reverse the rise in poverty and inequalities triggered by recent crises, and explore the role of various development co-operation actors to reduce poverty and inequalities in these transition processes. The discussion will inform the OECD‘s 2024 Development Co-operation Report, which will contribute to global debates on poverty and inequality reduction in the context of transitions, and provide messages and tools tailored to development co-operation actors.
